Illinois Tax Appeal Attorney Linda Bal is no stranger to hard work or doing her best to help others. She double majored in accounting and finance at Loyola University Chicago in 1974, passing the CPA exam shortly thereafter; earned her MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1978; and in 1990 earned her law degree at IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law.

John Bruszewski is the President of Illinois Real Estate Tax Appeal Inc. He graduated from Marquette University in 1978 with a BS in Civil Engineering and became a Licensed Professional Engineer in 1983. John earned his MBA degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1988. John has been a Licensed Managing Real Estate Broker since 2005.

Charles Troyka
Real Estate Appraiser

Charles Troyka is a licensed Appraiser with considerable experience appraising all types of homes. When valuation becomes an issue Charles’s Narrative Appraisal gives the Assessor’s Office more reasons why the current assessed value should be lowered.

Over the years Charles has found that the Assessor’s Office has the wrong square footage, the wrong number of bedrooms and bathrooms and other errors. The finding of such errors can lower your assessed value.
